Iraz, our versatile chef, brings a rich background to Beyaz Lale. Born in Istanbul and raised along the Bosphorus, she discovered her love for cooking early on. After exploring roles in diving, seamanship, and archeology, she pursued her passion for cuisine, training at Foodrum in Bodrum. With a love for reading, sailing, swimming, and traveling, Iraz infuses her dishes with creativity and depth. Her diverse experiences ensure every meal is a culinary adventure for our guests.

Bodrum born, Soner Kiremit is Beyaz Lale's treasured deckhand. He is not only extremely hard working but takes immense pride in what he does. Soner's passions are on the water and is a pro when it comes to water sport activities. He is always willing to lend a helping hand.
