Crew

Captain
Jason Collier
Jason’s journey on the water began when he was a teenager fishing with his father and uncle in the Chesapeake Bay, the Outer Banks, and local rivers of his hometown just outside of Richmond, Virginia. His career in the maritime industry began in 1993 when he joined the U.S. Navy and Quartermaster “A” School where he served onboard the USS Dwight D. Eisenhower touring the Persian Gulf and Mediterranean. After the Navy, Jason and his father opened a seafood retail business and spent over 4 years cooking and serving up some of Virginia’s finest seafood. In 2000 he decided to get in on the real estate spike and became a Realtor where he the spent over 20 years enjoying a successful career selling new homes, all the while however, feeling a pull back toward the ocean. By early 2021, after raising a son, taking multiple mission trips to Ghana and dabbling as a member of Sail Time, a fractional boat ownership program in Norfolk, Jason felt it was finally time to pursue his lifelong dream of becoming a charter boat captain in the islands. By doing so, he felt could combine his many years of customer service & time spent on the water with his passion for sailing, offering others a chance to share in the same experience.

Jennifer Sutton
Jennifer is a fun loving, competent sailor, who comes from a big family in Michigan, who spent over 20 yrs working as a professional photographer in NYC before moving to the Caribbean in December of 2018. She fulfilled her childhood dream of learning how to sail back in 2001 and has since completed 5 ASA sailing certifications, enjoyed several bareboat charter trips, aided in the navigating and delivery of many a friend's new boat up and down the east coast, and spent countless evenings racing in the NY Harbor and Long Island Sound before launching a career in yachting. She entered the industry first as a Yacht Broker, then as a Charter Chef/First Mate and is currently working to obtain her USCG 100t captain’s license. Sailing embodies all the things Jennifer enjoys most in life; freedom to travel, being on the water, close to nature, going with the flow, and the exploration of off-the-beaten-path places and she enjoys sharing this passion with others. Throughout her life, she has always had a knack for entertaining, itinerary planning and hosting and as the right hand to her mother growing up, cooking; a skill that has only been enhanced during her years spent in yachting.
