| Obligatory | Damage waiver - + Refundable Security Deposit 550 €/per charter. Reduces your financial liability in the event of damage to the yacht, damage or loss of ancillary equipment or damage caused by a third party during your charter. Is not refunded in any circumstances and covers any loss or accident to the yacht, the equipment or third party, all risks of damage/theft whether through negligence or malicious intent, by the skipper, or by the clients. It is totally indemnified against in all cases. The refundable deposit will be kept in case of tender/ outboard loss and clogged toilets.
